Compassion

Every ecosystem thrives with a practice of Compassion.

In every moment we have a choice to be kind. Especially in our professional practice. I always appreciate working with a team where we see the humanity in each other, and those are the types of clients I want to work (play!) with.

We all have bad days, we all have times when we find ourselves feeling less than our best. The practice of compassion is most nurtured by understanding this fact about others.

Most of the people we come into contact with have a great deal on their minds. Remembering that someone’s bad mood, tardiness, territorial behavior or lack of responsiveness is about them, and what is going on in their world, provides us with daily opportunities to nurture those in our ecosystems.
